We offer shipping and handling for purchase within Peninsular Malaysia only (except Langkawi) for standard order.

**Surcharge applies

  • A surcharge applies for delivery of large and heavy items. (This surcharge is in addition to free or fixed delivery charges shown at “Checkout”.)
  • Where it applies, delivery will be made after all delivery charges, additional delivery charges, storage charges, and installation or assembly charges have been paid.

Delivery will take 7 to 14 working days.You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email giving the expected delivery date. The exact time of delivery may vary due to rain, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.

Expected delivery dates may be given for an order is given as a guide only. Intraco will not be liable for any loss or damages that you may suffer from the late delivery.

To ensure fast and efficient delivery, you may assist in the follow ways:-

  • Provide the correct delivery info (i.e: address contact person and number)
  • Ensure someone is at home or on site to receive the goods.
  • If you have ordered big or bulky items, check all lifts, doorways, corridors and/or staircases are broad enough and free of obstacles for convenient delivery.

Delivery staff will not be able to assist with dismantling or disposing of old/used items or installation.

Enjoy FREE single trip delivery subject to purchase of RM5,000.00 and above in a single sales receipt (not include to the Large Goods & Appliances), within Klang Valley only.

Delivery of Goods or performance of services may be delayed or suspended by us in the event of an act of God, war, riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood sabotage, inability to obtain fuel, power raw of material, labour transportation or for any other event beyond our reasonable controls.

Returns & Exchanges

Prices and availability of goods display on the web site are subject to change without notice.

We  reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors,   inaccuracies, or omissions.

Our return policy allows for item(s) return and exchange with replacement item(s). NO Refunds allows.

If you order any item which is already out of stock , you can only exchange with others same amount item but NO Refund allows.

However, we do have a couple simple requirements for processing a return.

You may want to return your order due to any of the following reason:

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general guidelines for returns / exchanges are as follows:

It is within Fourteen (14) Working days from the delivery date, which is subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone. You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement)

The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.

Warranty sealed items must not be opened.

Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise.

Items to be sent back to us with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition.

Discounted/ special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for exchanges.

Other not eligible for exchange products included Free Gifts, Food & Beverage, Flower , Special Custom made item and products with a limited period of use.

Exchange Items should be sent to us at Customer’s own cost.

Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.

Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by the customers.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange.

Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.

We reserved the right to decline the returned items if the above requirements are not fulfilled.

Orders Cancellation

  • We regret that orders cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been processed and delivered.
  • You may however arrange for exchange after you have received your orders.
  • Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy

 

Warranties

  • Warranties, if any, are provided by our manufacturer/s of any our products or our supplier/s on a back-to-back basis
  • Other than products manufactured by our manufacturer/s as per standard specifications of production, our Company itself do not warrant the quality, fitness, description or packing of the goods nor do they give the Buyer any other form of warranty whatsoever, whether the purpose is known to us or not express or implied warranties and conditions statutory or otherwise are expressly excluded nor shall our Company be liable for any loss consequential damage.
